Thank you for booking a 1-on-1 coaching session with Masha Ostroumova, enterprise Agile coach, founder of Agile Apothecary, and author of The Ultimate Guide to Agile Coaching. This session is designed to provide deep, personalized guidance to help you achieve your Agile goals. 1. ELIGIBILITY & USAGE ✓ This is a paid coaching session and is intended solely for the person who booked it. It cannot be shared, transferred, or gifted to someone else. ✓ If you have purchased a coaching package, you may schedule sessions according to the terms of your package. 2. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION ✓ You may reschedule or cancel your session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalties. This allows you to rebook at a later date. ✗ If you cancel within less than 24 hours, your session will be considered completed, and you will not be eligible for a refund or rebooking. ✓ If you experience special circumstances or an emergency, please contact us before your session at info@agileapothecary.com, and we will review your case individually. ✗ No-shows without prior notice will result in the session being marked as completed, with no opportunity for rescheduling or a refund. 3. PREPARING FOR YOUR SESSION ✓ To maximize the value of our time together, please come prepared with specific topics or questions you’d like to discuss. ✓ You may email your topics in advance to info@agileapothecary.com. ✓ Sessions are action-driven, meaning we will work on real challenges, strategy, and problem-solving rather than general discussions. ✗ If you arrive unprepared, we will need to spend a significant portion of the session on discovery, which may reduce the overall value you receive. 4. You cannot expect me to do your work for you—I will not create slides, compile reports, or configure Jira for you, but I will guide you on how to do it yourself effectively. 5. PRICING & ADDITIONAL COACHING OPTIONS ✓ This session is part of a paid coaching service. ✓ If you wish to continue working together, you can explore ongoing coaching packages for long-term support and deeper engagement.
