We’re really passionate about Agile best practices, but at the same time we believe that there is no one size fits all, and just like not every headache can be cured with Aspirin, not every team’s problem can be solved with standard Agile tools.

En tant qu’experte Agile chevronnée avec une passion profonde pour la création d’équipes saines et motivées, ma mission est d’aider les organisations et les leaders à adopter les pratiques Agile. Avec une riche expérience allant de praticienne Agile à Enterprise Agile Coach, mon parcours inclut la transformation de nombreuses équipes en unités centrées sur le client et orientées vers les résultats.
À la tête d’Agile Apothecary, et grâce à mes expériences précédentes chez Rakuten, Indeed et McKinsey, je me spécialise dans l’accompagnement des transformations Agile à grande échelle. Mon engagement dépasse la simple pratique : en tant qu’instructrice à succès sur Udemy, j’ai connecté avec plus de 130 000 étudiants à travers le monde, atteignant une note moyenne exceptionnelle. Online trainings
We offer on demand online trainings. Right now our offerings include Agile Basics training, Jira Basics and Jira Administration. You get life-long access to the videos, a completion certificate and various additional reference materials.
